Pre-sales Engineer

Responsibilities
- - Technical Support: Coordinate with the sales team to understand client infrastructure and project requirements.
- - Solution Support: Help design and present technical solutions covering Cloud and IT Infrastructure to potential clients.
- -Client Presentations: Conduct clear and professional product demonstrations focusing on technical benefits rather than just features.
- - Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical proposals, cost sheets, and comparison reports using Advanced Excel.
- - Technical Point of Contact: Act as the bridge between the client and the internal technical team to ensure project feasibility.
Requirements
- - Experience: 1+ years of experience in a technical or IT-related role (Pre-sales, IT Support, or Junior Infrastructure).
- - Technical Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of Cloud Computing, IT Infrastructure, and Hardware/Software systems.
- - IT Project Familiarity: Basic knowledge of how IT projects are structured, from initial requirements to final delivery.
- - Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, budgeting, and technical reporting.
- - Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex IT concepts in a simple, professional manner to non-technical clients.
