Sales Manager
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia | Experience: 5+ Years
Responsibilities
- - Strategy Development: Create and execute high-level sales strategies to hit revenue targets and expand our market presence in KSA.
- - Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales team, setting clear KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
- - Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients and stakeholders.
- - Sales Forecasting: Analyze market trends and data to provide accurate sales forecasts and budget reports.
Requirements
- - Experience: 5+ years of proven success in a Sales Management or Senior Sales role.
- - Skills: Expert negotiation, leadership, and strategic planning abilities.
- - Technical: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software for tracking and reporting.
- - Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a major plus).
