Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia | Experience: 0-2 Years
Responsibilities
- - Provide technical support to end-users, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- - Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- - Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations.
- - Ensure system security and implement necessary measures.
- - Handle system installation and configuration.
- - Manage network and server monitoring.
- - Maintain system security and maintenance.
Requirements
- - Bachelor's degree in IT field or equivalent required.
- - CCNA/ CCNP, COMPTIA A + / COMPTIA SECURITY+ , CEH / CPT , SCE certifications preferred.
- - AZURE / AWS certificate is a plus.
- - Mobility: Must be comfortable traveling within KSA for troubleshooting
- - KSA driving license required.
